This 2 page pdf has been one of my personal "secret weapons" for creating quality high-converting squeeze pages for the last 5 years. My squeeze pages have been converting at 60+%, after a little tweaking, by using Kevin's format.

Kevin Bidwell is one of those "under-the-radar" success stories. You can google him and find his current gig at facilitating the publishing of new writers.

A great niche. Tons of people think they are the next Charles Kuralt or James Patterson. And a lot of them have jobs/money to spend on their "dream".

Anyway, Kevin gave this template away as "lead bait" for years and helped a lot of marketers with it.

It is almost impossible to fail with this formula.
