Thanks for replying, I thought there was no interest in this, but I think it is an important thing for authors and if I do say, it wasn't that easy to find, although I couldn't find the very newest edition (I think it will suffice)

You can use "Scrivener" for print and the "Ultimate Ebook Creator" for ebooks. You can find both shared here. If you use scrivener [highly recommended for print], you can also find here a great thread called "scrivener Unleashed" which is the best set of tutorials for the software.
Of course you can also use MS Word with a createspace template from amazon, and Adobe InDesign if you love complicated stuff :-)
