You can use "Scrivener" for print and the "Ultimate Ebook Creator" for ebooks. You can find both shared here. If you use scrivener [highly recommended for print], you can also find here a great thread called "scrivener Unleashed" which is the best set of tutorials for the software.
Of course you can also use MS Word with a createspace template from amazon, and Adobe InDesign if you love complicated stuff :-) |
