Still curious...
Got this here a while back and couldn't get it to work.
Searched and fooled around for a while trying to make it work somehow - and did not succeed.
So now I ask - will some kind soul please post what does actually work for base software with these voices and any other details which may be helpful ??

You can download the "free" Balabolka text to speech program... once you have installed the voices on your computer the program should pick them up and allow you to use them. - Cheers.

for your kind and helpful reply Astute888 !!!
(+Rep added, of course.)
Here is the actual site of that truly free app - and best of all it has a portable version too !!:
http://cross-plus-a.com/balabolka.htm
A very good resource there with lots of useful, related info and links.
According to other posts in this thread, you can use textaloud, eSpeak or Camtasia software with these voices.
Additional notes:
Camtasia is expensive payware.
TextAloud is also payware:
http://nextup.com/TextAloud/index.html
eSpeak is free and has good reviews:
http://espeak.sourceforge.net/
https://sourceforge.net/projects/espeak/...peak-1.48/
