You don't seem to get it, I can quote a bunch of VPN/VPS providers and Phone providers for you but that is not for here. This course is not about that, so what exactly is your question. English is such an easy language to understand.

PS: You don't go to the bakery and ask to buy salt do you, why, because it isn't sold there..

Is this method still working? Do you have a method to create invoice accounts?

Yes it still works.

PS: Invoicing is only available to accounts that spend $10,000+ per month.

There is no way to advertise for free, you will need to invest a couple bucks per account.

Yes, this works with usa, and uk accounts.
