I notice a few others on this thread had similar issues. I understand if there is a delay for some reason but it's bad business not to respond at all to a basic fulfillment request, especially when you are replying to other messages.

wow this is a turn up for the books :)

to answer your questions

1. Basically the quiz is hosted by Quiz funnels as its a SAAS but you can easily embed on your website with iframe

2. Currently the Platinum upgrade is included, I was going to make that a paid extra but I changed my mind. So everyone who joins for $15 will get the Platinum upgrade which includes all of the additional niche templates from the template club and any futures ones they may add.

It's worth noting the only negative was the Quiz funnels branding in the footer, we have the platinum version so you wont get that problem so there are no negatives :)
