Still Waiting for Access, not received yet
Still waiting as well, paid over a week ago and last I heard OP was waiting to get more licenses but my attempts to get an update have been ignored. Haven't got a response in a few days now.

I did explain the situation to you, everything is sorted and the bso can now carry on as normal
Wanted to pop in and give an update from my earlier post. Rushie has gotten in touch and everything is good now.
