you are saying: Outsource all installation process of Interspire and addons for low price.
I guess is more advanced than to buy gigs on fiver? Do you show us how to install interspire and the addons ourself through video tutorial?

Nope, I don´t show you how to do it through videos. It is a lost of time. I prefer paying 40$ to some one whom I am sure will do it well before losing my time!. Besides, you must have all the software yourself and that costs a lot! But If you want to do it yourself, there are lots of tutorials online. I´ve tried to do it myself but failed miserably! Maybe you are more technical and you can do it better, here are some tutorials search results: google interspire install with addons

After setting this up, we need to be spending on SMTP servers or all come pre-loaded with the installation?

After setting everything you only need to pay the monthly VPS and ID hosting. That´s all!
