Recently I heard that there was another book, the first one, that Napoleon Hill wrote that had the secret clearly stated. That book was recalled. He was ordered by a few folks to take that information out of his book and rewrite it, which he did. The immensely popular book that we have come to know and love, Think and Grow Rich, is supposed to be the watered-down version. The wealthy and elite did not want everyone to be privy to that information.
Has anyone else heard that story? If anyone can track down the original book, please share it here.

it is indeed the law of success but the 1925 edition and not the popular 1928 edition
the 1925 edition was removed by the rich because they said that the masses should not get this information
what information ?
... what the rich do not want you to read in the 1925 edition is this :
the habit of action
in the 1928 edition "the habit of action" was replaced by the "habit of saving money" wich is not the same lesson obviously !!
so why did the rich tell Napoleon Hill to remove this chapter ( habit of action ) ?
because the rich do not want competition and other powerful men like them !!
they want to remain the powerful ones .they do not want us to be powerful

that the rich were afraid that people would wake up and take charge of their life
instead of remaining idiots who live like apes ( bread and circus. )

most people behave like apes : they work in order to eat and have fun
the powerful ones are on earth for a mission
the rich do not want us to find our mission and become powerful too
so they told Napoleon Hill to remove the 1925 edition

so the missiing chapter really shows that there are 2 humanities
i call them " yang and yin " ( as found in chinese philosophy)
1) the masses who behave like apes : watching TV, having fun, asking no questions
this is the yin
2) the powerful ones who are on earth for a mission : this is the yang

Napolen Hill did not write this secret in his book because he wanted YOU to find out for yourself that you are on earth FOR A MISSION .
and then life will submit to your focused, determined will to accomplish your mission , this is the secret

for example : mister Barnes wanted to work with Edison and not for him
this was his mission
he did win ( read again that story in think anf grow rich )
another example ;
the child in the farm who had to win or perish to get the 50 cents
the uncle was ready to murder the child but SHE FACED DEATH AND MASTERED THE UNCLE BECAUSE SHE HAD A MISSION
so she did win too
