did not help. maybe it's because of the previously installed version of 1,4,6?

try uninstall with revo uninstaller, and use "Advanced" to get full clean uninstall.

try on virtual machine/other pc

It is working except for this database problem.
I get the same message and when I tried to repair database it stops working.
It seems we need to reinstall to make a new db file.
Max reps to the op as it does work.
