I don't think I need all plugins to make Leads work, however I am unable to access the Templates for making Forms - for trying to add a Widget, I get this:



I got the same thing when trying to use a Lightbox for the Form as well.

My assumption is a plugin and/or theme conflict (I am not using a Thrive Theme), which prevents that pop-up from working properly to where I can select a Template for a Form.

--> Can someone who has Thrive Leads working from this thread tell me what it's suppose to say there?

All I can do is click the [X] ...and Not choose a template to create a form :-( ...returning me to the editor.

Well, I'm off to do s'more research and testing to see what else I may be able to shake loose.

Hi, just download this plugin and themes from the other page.
My question is, how do you use it without entering the license?
I have download and upload this theme and plugin twice but still, it seems I have to enter the license.
