Just one query though: The Homepage Layout Builder is not there in the theme I am using. (RISE)
I went through the guide in the official website and checked accordingly. But the Homepage Layout Builder feature is not present in the theme options.
Is it only present in few themes or am I missing something?

I guess you are talking about landing page style homepages like this

Magic Button :

that option is available in pages only not in posts.

1. save a page draft and edit it with thrive content builder
2.load the template from drop down menu, edit it as you want

Then set that page as your homepage
