He scammed me either, he said it will be finished in 2 days with $499 and I paid him with bitcoin, and after that, like usual scammer, he just go away..

I paid him in May and then he set up the server, and mailed spam from my server, and got my Amazon account shut down. I never even received access to the server to use for emailing. Not only that he charged my Amazon account for his mailing cost.
I told him that I wanted my money back and he responded, "LOL".
I called Paypal and I did a charge back. I also reported him as a scammer.
He tried to get out of paying by responding that the money went to someone in Nigeria. What a joke.
So Paypal refunded my money back to me.
If you paid with Paypal, then ask for a refund and report that you were scammed.
Vegaband is a patheic scammer he scammed me of 80 bucks. he is a lowlife thief. To think they still haven't blocked him it worries me. This forum is not monitored at all. No one is protected. This thief scammed 16 people. Pathetic idiot
That ol' adage is still true. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I even sent a couple of you PMs trying to warn you. You think you're going to outsmart billion dollar companies:
* with a department that probably has a yearly budget in the tens of millions, if not more
* hires some of the best and brightest minds in the world
* you don't have one iota of an email logistics plan in place
You deserve to lose your money.
There's plenty of money to be made in email. You don't even have to spam. Just don't be not lazy, have a well-thought plan in place and segment your users from the onset. Quit sending the same email message to everyone on your list. It's a recipe for failure.
