can someone clarify this for me. I understand no domains/hosting is needed however this method still requires the use of a website but the site does not have to be under your control or is it that no domain/hosting or tertiary website needed whatsoever.

Website needed, but just you are not going to be building them or outsourcing, nor even use a cent to buy any domain or hosting...

This is a non-hosted adsense that works on any website. However, The review copies available have been exhausted.
