Doesn't seem to be working here. shortcut opens window in chrome at - http://127.0.0.1/manager/ and says This site can’t be reached
127.0.0.1 refused to connect.
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Anyone else figure out how to use this?

Did you start your mysql server and apache.?
There should be a shortcut on your desktop for that.

Start the localhost services first. That's the other shortcut thats created when you install the program.

Thanks harveycedar and Gadzookz. I see what happened this program was the last space I had left on my desktop for a shortcut so it added the second shortcut all the way over to the right and off my visual screen so I didn't see it. Got it working now. Thanks again. Max reps for you both for helping.
