yes, it's very confusing. I received a login for profitlynk.com, but there's no access to Sync Leads.

I didn't know who sent the message with my login cred's so I sent a message to the support desk and they replied that I had purchased through a reseller and needed to deal with that person.

Bottomline is I still don't have access to Sync Leads.

Brother! I think you forgot to assigne the sync lead product to jeffnaz when you created his account. It happened to you the last time you created mine XD
