I created all the accounts, but they will be active only after the 1st March as per requirement of the developer. In the meantime, I will send you an email with all the details needed to better use the software.

I put in a ticket at your support desk regarding getting this BSO as a replacement for the
AutoBots BSO I purchased that failed.

Can you let me know if this option is available instead of me getting a refund for AutoBots etc

I am in the same situation. I support Jay Gatsby: instead of getting refund for Autobots, replace it with SyncLeads.
