mine was receiving calls, but not sending them anywhere, i couldnt go to act support, so i didnt know how to resolve it, (some people dont like people asking questions and giving help in this thread)
but i found out what the problem was - it was the prefix at the begining of the phone number, not just the dialing code, but the format etc, i contacted twilio, they helped me put the right format in, and its now receiving calls.

Ok, all is good after installing 2nd time.. However, javascript isn't working when trying to create "advanced" call menu's etc.
ACT 2.69 does install, but the nulling broke its ability to set up voicemail and callouts. (That is, when you click on the button the javascript void(0) doesn't show you the popup dialog to configure it.)
So close... but not close enough.
I have ACT 2.72 (latest) if there is an experienced cracker who wants to take a shot at doing it right.

I set up a call forwarding from my toll-free phone I brought in Twilio to my local phone #
my issue is that I cannot receive a phone call in my local phone # ( my local phone # wont ring if someone calls my toll free number). can you help me fix this one?
