I have created Facebook group for further support and discussions. When needed I also have provided private skype support.

You can earn but you need a lot money for testing ads etc. :)
So if you dont have at least $100 for ads only then this isnt for you.
The reason why there no review because i think, difficult to get through campaign review approval from traffic source provided..

There are many traffic sources and btw campaign approval takes 1 Business day.
