Don't take it personally because so many factor come into play e.g. whether this is an in-demand product, the area of focus of the product, day of the week it was shared (some pple pop on and pop off because they are at work), time of day, whether people viewed it but it's not for them etc ... and of course some people are simply just unappreciative by nature.
This is like Absolute Jacker, Trust Jacker, etc but it's not self-hosted, has less features than Absolute Jacker, and it seems to only popup surveys hence the name Kickstart Survey.
My fav is still Absolute Jacker, but this is nice to add to any arsenal.
