@blackwordwide, Great share!! I can't believe they left this product so wide open. I'm sure at some point they will find out and close our account but I'm going to use it until then.

The plugin appears to require an authenticated Username and PW based on 'your email' (ie: an email one would submit to verify they account creation with). ...or at least it's required to get into the Account Dashboard?
In other words - I think this needs to be Nulled before being able to be freely used - and/or you need access to the online account to make it work properly (ie: set-up the surveys which are then pushed to your site vise-a-vie their plugin)?
However, I am no expert, and could be wrong - it wouldn't be the first time :-)
I'm just gleaning this from the page your posted, and speculating before trying this out later on a WP install.
Just trying to gather some extra insights to better understand how all this works :S hehe
