Personally, I would have them set to avoid running at the same time. This can done using the time inactive setting on each plugin. As as example, you can set the to run for 12 hours each day at opposite times of the day.
This way you are able to jack all of your traffic but you'll be spreading your efforts between getting Likes for pages and followers for your profiles.
That will also help you to stay below the FB radar while still maximising your sites traffic.
