Dear All BBHF Friends,

Its been a quite long since i am using BBHF and i trust the family now very well.

Anyways I and my partner started development of a product which is mixture of: WIX, SHOPIFY, CMS, Booking Portal (For Travel Agency etc).

As of now i have been working on this idea since last 20 - 30 days and have been reached here at conclusion:

1. We found marketing team who are ready and excited to go ahead with us and help us market the product.

2. The product base and product values are evaluated and are marked as above the ground to stay in market for couple of years.

3. Basic calculation if we provide for such a product:

1,00,000 User Visits / Month

Out of which =

50,000 User register (rough estimate but it will be more based on product)

Base fees: 4.99 USD/M (that's the base fees - At which user won't need to go anywhere we provide him everything at our place)

50000 * 4.99 USD = 2,495,00 USD/Month

Even if we assume it 50% less than also it will stay at around =

1,250,00 USD/Month

The product we are working on will be much more asked than Shopify, etc.
Because we are going to integrate around 25 Payment Gateway worldwide, 85+ Import/Export option from other vendors and global e-comm sites and normal CMS, Fastest and Fastest performance with all kind of features and auto management just at one window.

The plain has no way to fail as it has got backup with great marketing team, and will surely work! Maybe little slow in starting can't predict that to exact figures. But ouput with 1 Lac traffic if i estimate that just estimate it with 1 Lac daily visit.

Project Launch Date: 15/April/2016

Funding required max: 3000 - 5000 USD

Whoever joins the investment will get the following after the launch date:

- Within 1 Year : Investment at 12% Interest Rate Return.

- If wish to be partner : Then lifetime status on site, as partner and or investor. With Partnership share at a profit margin.

No offence intended but your lack of replies is probably due to most people thinking "If something looks too good to be true then it probably is".

At best your revenue figures seem wildly optimistic coupled with the fact that it seems English is not your first language which makes your copy not make sense in a lot of places.

But best of luck with your endeavour.

i don't see it as a too good to be true plan or investment. what i personally saw was this....

when you are trying to combine something like a booking portal and a shopify type site with other things, sounds more complicated than it has to be. not sure what it is or the vision. what i see is that it's focused on more than one thing and in more than one niche which in my opinion is going to be harder to market.

when you discuss figures like this, it doesn't really show much research went in to this and the so called business plan is based on assumptions.

i am sure you guys are gonna make a good go out of it, but i think you and whoever you are working with will see better results with more research and a better business plan

i think the reason why you aren't getting a lot of responses is because 12% is nothing compared to the risk when a lot of people on this forum can get a 100%+ roi daily on their money. or they can take their money and invest in in some well researched stocks in a company that isn't as high of a risk and can make them more than 12%.

so in my opinion, i think a better plan would be either a higher interest rate or give part of the company to the investor, or a combination of both. if you do better research and business planning, your numbers wouldn't be ranging from 1.2 million to 2.5 million. when you get your figures down more accurately, you can better offer a more legitimate proposal and may include bonuses to the investor/s if the company performs better than expected so they can possibly promote the product/service along side your marketing team.

in any case, i personally don't think this has been thought through enough for any serious investor to take anything too seriously. you might try raising funds through crowdfunding and have better luck doing that.

I understand concern of everyone.

1st. English is my Secondary Language, As i am from India.

2nd. Those figures are based on proper research, And assumptions if it was i would have said figures in lacs and millions but i calculated in thousands. And that even after reducing number of figures down at a risk factor.

3rd. As of plan is said to be mixture of more features and complications, Yes it is! And that's what i need investment for to make a perfect system with good team on the grounds. In today's market you can't rely on business with 1 goal only. A site which provide everything at one mark point is only recommended by consumers.

4th. As of ROI or interest rate is concerned: I said ----

So i don't think i said i am static towards it, obviously until a discussion we can't make anything happen. And as investor are scared we too are scared to take money so we do all paper work possible to make things trusted on both the ends. And 12% ROI + Investment is not a bad deal within 1 year, Its atleast better then investing thousands of money in blackhat and sticking at "0".

5th. Without discussion neither i can analyze who thought what, so i can't really say anything further. I thought i will put up this deal here so i did. Anyways thanks everyone for there feedback and comment on this.

About making 1,25,000 USD/M isn't hard with a real plan. It all is matter of fact with marketing and correct market approach.

Wait I just noticed something I missed on your original post.

You say 1,00,000 visitors per month which is a typo so did you mean One Hundred Thousand or 1 Million?

Dear 1 Lac Visitor per month is not a big target, As per research we are targeting only 1% of the market if we talk about 100 Million online users.

I have case studies done so i know that yes 1 Lac visitor is not a typo or assumption, a digital media power where TV Ads, Media Ads, Social Ads, Etc. will bring me easily 1 Lac visitor who are interested in that services.
