My programming knowledge is quite superficial, so this questions might sound stupid for some of you.
1.- Is it safe to install DIVI builder? I don´t want to have problems with my website and cracked/nulled plugins usually cause some kiand of malfunctions.
2. Why this plugin is not cracked/nulled? Am I going to have problems with Elegant Themes at some point?

1 and 2-No Problems...why must be nulled? some themes and plugins need b nulled but others never check activation.

1 - Why would it not be safe????? It's an original file direct from ET, not just something I found elsewhere on another forum. There will be no problems if you use it.
2 - It's not cracked/nulled because it doesn't need to be.
So, it's your choice if you want to use it or not, but, if you're still not sure, here's another place you can get it from

I guess ET sends the file directly to the buyer, am I right?

You cannot update the plugin. In the plugin section there is an area to input a verified key linked with a username that connects to ET to verify that you are indeed a buyer in order to get updates.
If you do not enter in those details, you will not be able to connect to ETs servers and they will not be able to connect to yours.
You'll have to save Anno1366's thread and subscribe to it. When an update arrives I am sure Anno1366 will have it up in no time - he is fast in providing updates.
