If I already have this older version of this plugin, and I already have the layout of how I like it and i update the plugin. Will i lose my layout ?

First, backup your current version:
Go to File Manager .../ wp-content/plugins and compress the Divi Builder folder to .zip file - it's backup file.
Second, in File Manager, delete the Divi Builder folder .
Don't use delete method via Dashboard/ Plugins , because it maybe delete both plugin and the current data of plugin in database.
And then install and activate the latest version.
If everything ok, enjoy it!
If something go wrong, in File Manager, delete the latest folder, then unzip the backup file to restore your latest version.
It takes some minutes but be very safe method when upgrade theme or plugin.
