Please can someone share the latest versions of "Directory+" wordpress theme?

Wow. The new update looks awesome. As usual, would be great to play around with it before committing to purchase. Hope someone can post.

The basic template is on http://www.wplocker.com, but missing all of the plugins that the author now charges extra for and they are not cheap.

Nice looking template and if someone can find or upload the extra plugins then it would be a great share.
