Personally, I would NEVER give/lend/invest money here as 99% of the time you get scammed. The scammers in the Philippines are many (corruption is everywhere) and when a scammer is caught, he just flashes a wad of money and he goes free.
All I can do is offer you my condolences as it is always the 'good guys' that fall for scams and if ANYONE on the BBHF intends to deal with a Filipino, let me know and I will check him out to the best of my abilities for you.

What your saying about Mindanao is not true .... I lived there 2 years in a remote village and married a Filipina ^^ I can assure you that the peoples in that village are very respectful and I had no problem with any of them. Also not all of them believe that foreigner are riches ... I want to add that I do have a Filipino as outsource and never ever got any issue with is work.
For what OP said, this is online business and you should never send money using Western Union ... either Filipino or American. I feel sad for your lost but am sure you learn a valuable lesson out of this experience.

Goddamn... I pm-d this guy for the same JV a few days back, got his Skype which is the same Roi Onofre (foukume). He wanted me to do landing pages for something. Never got any further, he deleted me from Skype. I bet he found out that he was exposed here in BBHF and need to make a run for it.
Sorry for you, OP. I was lucky I never got that far to get scammed.

AUTOMATICALLY INCREASED by 5,000 - so, a VIP with say 5,010 posts has
