Simple, open thread and tell all users why you want to ban - some user (nokia guy for example), and tell them to report him as much as they can. Eventually he will get ban, same as others.

The site's moderators have already decided on this. The site has no rules giving the Original Poster control of the thread, or the ability to control who posts what in the thread. If the mods ever change that, so be it, but till then that is how the site runs.

Anybody can post a clean mirror on a non-premium site onto any thread. That is how the site operates. If somebody posts a mirror that is infected or premium then report it for violation of the site rules.

Wow so many people are getting butthurt about this what is wrong with people providing a mirror from a different place? It fits in with the site mantra of sharing is caring.

As long as it is somewhere free to download from I'd rather get the fastest download available to me, and in those instances I'd rep the OP and the mirror maker.

You're not right. Most mirrors are infected or code changed, or something is added like sending anon emails, spamming etc.. Rule should be that authors need to use multi mirrors, not others.. Also if you download something and there's 10MB of junk .txt files with someones domain in it that's mostly because of leechers, and those mirror makers.

So, no, you're not right. Who cares about some rep?

Do not blame the mirrors if you do not know which link to click and which not to. I've made several mirrors, nokia has made uncountable ones... nobody has complained. Mind providing some examples of the so-called infected mirrors?
