He's usually on top of the GB he sets up, I guess he's either traveling or something happens, last visit to the forum on the 14th.
I pm'd Demomeb about my purchase details 3 days ago and haven't heard any response. He does say that he'll set up the accounts on the 20th. So hopefully he'll respond by tomorrow.
