Why is Adsviser so great? It is my understanding that Facebook doesn't provide a way to harvest these information and these services relies on thousands of fake account spidering Facebook constantly grabbing ads and clicking on them to get the destination url.
Basically they generate a huge amount of fake clicks on Facebook Ads and sooner or later Facebook is going to kill them.
I have seen other services sold on JV Zoo that claim to do the same thing so what makes this tool so much better.
