could you please respond to my emails?
I asked you for refund, because your "special module connected to AliPlugin that allows translating products titles and descriptions into more than 40 languages in one click." contains only 16 languages. I do not have benefits of automation and seo, none of available languages does not suit me
You told me to edit products manually and use "translate" button, but:
1. It is impossible to do it manually for 2000 products...
2. As you wrote "The 3rd party service we used to translate is out of service now."
"NOW" lasts for two months.
1. I have Regular License
2. You are not able to resolve issue
3. I asked you for refund 23 days after purchase
