The problem with finding a Dropshipper (maybe on Ali-Express):
If you are offering free international shipping, find a Dropshipper which sends fast AND cheap.
It' s not productive, if a customer from Europe has to wait about 10-20 days, also it's not productive to pay about 20-30$ for fast shipping..?
Also: If you're dealing with niche-products, it's really hard to find even a dropshipper...

What's the best strategy in this case?

Great Thread. I'm following you from the beginning and I have few concerns if you can answer me, please,
- What type of method you're running of course it's not affiliation but is it a specific way of drop shipping ( are there many ways of drop shipping styles? )
- Is it possible to accept credit cards payments without needs to Paypal account to be available and how to implement whole system in website.
- Is there a plugin of platform to recognize the sale purchased from any buyers at the time happened and send it directly to wholesaler automatically without the need to make it manually so you do not need to check the orders by yourself.
- The style you are using I think it's known and available (as I know ) so an ecommerce WordPress theme and Woo-commerce plugin can provide as a drop shipping style so what is the difference in yours.
- Your site setup and marketing and sales reported assure that it is promising in the future as I think, I read in AliExpress website and as you mentioned in different areas that there are affiliates who generate 30,000 per month (top ones), so I need to have a look to AliExpress Affiliate websites that get revenues around 5,000 or 10,000 per month to see exactly what they are doing and what there websites look like.
- I already registered in AliExpress affiliate program since few days, but I don't know when they will answer and is there a chance to reject my subscription.
- Will you provide any type of support for the plugin and its themes for customization and issues related to the website store and so on.
- I'm waiting your answers and hope for the future. I'm willing to buy your plugin but after being accepted in AliExpress.

1. It is a standard dropshipping business model. When a customer buys a product from you, you will accept payment for the product for your retail price and shipping costs. Once you have received the funds, you place the order directly with the seller from AliExpress.com. This is typically a usual online order at AliExpress.com. The seller will then charge you for the cost of the item and ship the item directly to your buyer. That's it! You have just sold an item at your set retail price and processed the order for your customer.
2. To accept creadit cards you need to be registered with online payment processing service like 2Checkout, Authorize.net, etc.
3. I have never heard about dropshipping solutions that work automatically. I doubt if they exist and can bring any profit. Owing your own dropshipping business with webstore means communication with customers and suppliers. If you try to automate communication process everything will be messed up. Let's say your supplier sent another product to your client by mistake, how an automated system will resolve this issue?
4. My Plugin is based on AliExpress API, it means that it can search, import and update products automatically.
5. Such affiliates usually do not share their sites and strategies.
6. It usually takes about one week.
7. Yes, I provide full after-sales support.

For all those who is still pipe dreaming about this aliexpress dropshipping journey... here is a tip for you. Alipay does NOT allow to have products shipped to the name other then name on the credit card and to the address different from a billing address. They also do not allow to send items to country different from the country of issue of the payment method. I was going to send some gifts to somebody I knew but it was a no go no matter what I tried...

I would LOVE to know how Yaros managed to order the products and have them shipped to other people.

I am buying from my own AliExpress account stating my billing address and the shipping address of my customer. I don't see any problems here.

Total income: $1113,3
Supplier costs: $345,06
Affiliate commission: $23,02
Net profit: $725,46

Most of my sales were generated with the help of organic search and social media (not paid ads).

Top 3 countries people purchased from:
- United States
- Germany
- Australia

This month a have some decrease in sales comparing to November, but in December I did not have much time on working with the site. So I hope to correct this in January.

I had some slight complaints regarding a long delivery time but no refunds in December!

The problem is with Alipay - the payment processor. I tried to purchase an item and have it shipped to a different address then my billing address. The transaction was denied. I tried using customer's address as purchase address and payment is denied. A quick chat with Alipay support revealed that this is not allowed.
Also you mentioned that you are buying through your own affiliate links and they don't care. It's false. it is strictly against the Aliexpress plicy as stated in their Affiliate Help section (Paragraph E section J)

I'd love to see a screenshot of your Aliexpress backend reporting tool, if you don't mind. I just can't see how you manage to overcome the payment issue and buying products through your own affiliate links.
