Guys , i read No Money Flip Real Estate from Dan Graziosi and i haven't be more pumped up by any course so far, i literarly want to jump in and DO IT.
But i am from Montenegro(5586 miles away), and wonder if i can pull this off somehow. I do have some cousins in USA. Should i just target a city where one of my cousins lives(to have him as backup/support) and contact some attorney from the city to see if i can do the legal paperworks required (those assigning of contracts,purchase agreements and stuff) that the courses are talking about.
Also the 14 day inspection where i need to go and check out the property would be a problem ?
Can anyone shed any light on this matter please.
