Can you use apps from sites other than Google Play, say from a personal wordpress site so traffic shows the downloads are coming from there? Can you use Adult Apps?

i dont get why people would delete right away in massive ways when they downloaded the app because they wanted to or are they being forces to download. What the difference using your service and google adwords? is it possible customers will not delete app if they like it? where will you be doing the advertisemnets? do you also have services for IOS?
