Social Interest Freak 2.0 utilises Facebook's latest Audience Insights which was launched by FB a few months ago.
This is needed especially when you want to drill down deep into knowing your targeted audience.
With version 2.0, you can now use Social Interest Freak 2.0 for Instagram as well.
Targeting Inspector 2.0 and Audience Drill helps you do keyword research the more conventional way through targeting interest keywords.
The difference is Targeting Inspector 2.0 is more suitable to target interest keywords which are also fan pages.
Audience Drill is more for doing keyword research through exact target interest keywords.
For Audience Drill, Besides targeting interest keyword research, there is also "Post Drill" function which allows you to do spying job.
For instance, type in http://www.teesping.com into the column for website to research on. And then put in nurses. The software will pull out FB Pages or Posts related to nurses and are tied to teespring. So you can view what competitors are advertising.
But to me, this function is more basic overview of spying.
(This basic spying function is similiar to the one in Spyfy for FB Ads purposes)
Audience Drill and Targeting Inspector and Social Interest Freak compliments each other very well.
If you are serious in doing keyword research for FB Ads, I would suggest getting all 3.

Personally Social Interest Freak is the most powerful and accurate. It utilises FB's latest Audience Insight API. On the other hand Targeting Inspector 2.0 + Audience Drill utilises the more conventional Interest keywords. Both have their function and use.
