Hey guys Samuraiwarrior seems to be a good guy. But as of three days ago I bought Audience Drill from him. It worked fine for one day. Every since I can not log in or access the site. I was told the site was down. And that is all I have been told. This sets me back in my Xmas marketing. This is the best time for eCommerce T shirt promo. I am not happy with this buy at all.

I replied twice to you, all immediately upon your query.
In total you have received 3 PMs from me.
It's not true that you were only told that the site was down and nothing more.
All who wrote to me about the problem, I had immediately respond about the problem and the immediate actions I took, including support tickets raised, and direct communication to Brad and Sam Bakker.
In my last PM reply to you 16 hours ago I wrote that the support "team is doing their best to restore the database. Without the database, there's why the system doesn't recognize any of our emails."
Initially the problem lies with the server.
This was resolved, and now they are doing their best to up restore the database.
Sam Bakker and Brad Stephens have assured they are doing their best to restore the data base.
I had clearly mentioned in my PM that not only your login is affected.
Similarly I could not login to my whit e label account.
I could also not even login to my account which I purchased directly from the Developer.
I had clearly stated all this, and its totally not true what you claimed "I was told the site was down. And that is all I have been told."
I do not want to set you back in your Xmas marketing.
As you are not happy with the buy, I have refunded you in full your payment.
