CHECK OUT MAIN DOWNLOAD VIRUSTOTAL, IT GIVES 1 POSITIVE THAT MIGHT ON NOT BE A FALSE POSITIVE. WOULD APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE COULD CLEAR THAT. AVAST DIDN'T JUMP ON IT ON MY EQUIPMENT.

No idea, All I can do is a search to find out if somebody shared it before, then if it is requested. Usually all I find I find it late so I refrain and don't post it. This one I didn't find.

I'd say it is false positive. ESET didn't complain and I've looked into the file. It is almost all text with few HTML tags, some styling and links to other pages. Nothing that would even remotely looked like embedded malware/virus.
