whats error message are you getting? have you checked you downloaded the file successfully? try with winrar 64bit...
Every time I extract the archive its asking for part3.rar

You have downloaded it successfully no need to download it again...if anyone getting same problem i will close this thread.
If its alright with you, I would suggest just upload the file without archiving them.
Downloaded file. It unzips to 2 .rar files. I unzipped .rar1 only. - 2 files. I think we do not need to try and unzip the second one?
Both files open for me.

yes need to unzip only part1.
I've had luck using 7Zip on damaged or difficult zip/rar files. Try downloading it and Extract/Here to see what happens.
