Every time I extract the archive its asking for part3.rar

If its alright with you, I would suggest just upload the file without archiving them.

Downloaded file. It unzips to 2 .rar files. I unzipped .rar1 only. - 2 files. I think we do not need to try and unzip the second one?
Both files open for me.

yes need to unzip only part1.

I've had luck using 7Zip on damaged or difficult zip/rar files. Try downloading it and Extract/Here to see what happens.
