Basically, here's what you do. If you want to get a ripped body there are 5 main exercises you should be doing. These are:
1. Pushups
2. Situps
3. Crunches
4. Squats
5. Curls
The reason why 100% of people stop going to the gym is because these methods cause too much tension and leave them sore. So what is the solution?: Simulate these exercise without the weight! Trust, you will see the pounds fly off.
What to eat?
Just eat whole foods (wholegrains, fruits, dairy, protein and veggies). For me I like to make a smoothie of frozen fruit with a ham and cheese sandwhich and a side of fries (potato or sweet).
That's it! You will have to use the bathroom for a little while but it will pass well.
