Well the way to know if the gaire works is to try to request an apk build and see if it gets delivered or not.My guess is that all the resellers were effected and so far there isn't a good replacement or alternative.

Here's what happens....

Tashlik, Gaire and etc all are White Label provider for SeattleCloud (SC) App Builder.

WL Provider Claims:

Most of WL providers claimed SC forced them to sign new contract (agreement) to convert from LIFETIME license to monthly fees. They also claimed SC has changed the original contract contents and blamed them breached the contract...

SC claims:

WL providers have breached the contract (which denied by WL Providers). Anyhow, the users should not drag into this problem, right? The problem should be settled by SC and WL Providers ...

All apps will be disabled once the WL Providers account terminated.

Check this out guys,just got another message from SC where they say that after 15th of march the apps will stop working.They also said they are offering a "special pricing" to migrate the apps from the reseller to SC.So i was curious to check it out.

They don't tell you the price neither in the email nor on the website.First you need to enter you reseller details,then you need to create a SC account,select which apps you would like to migrate and then select the "special pricing".

I have about 40 working apps while others were in the works and not ready to be published so i just selected all of them and went ahead to see what the price was and BOY DID I HAVE A SURPRISE!I almost fainted when i saw that "special price".

The price is around $4.99 per month (if paid yearly) per app,which is like $60 per year for just 1 app.If paid monthly its $6.99 per app x 12 months x the number of apps you have.Here is what i would have to look at every month.

The other purpose of this post was to ask if we have any news/updates from the resellers OR if you guys found a working and cheaper alternative for your apps and if so please share.

What about this platform apploadyou.com.I was a member there until now.I believe that have the same problem.

Seattle clouds is still the best platform. Andromo or anything else do not come remotely close to it. Android studio if learnt can help u create good quality apps but because it involves technical skills, most people wont be able to learn it.

Actually, it depends on what you want and your target audiences/ clients.
Personally, I think Seattle Clouds (SC) is one of the worse platforms out there, not because of their functions or templates not good, but they are lack of transparency and all apps generated by them will call back to their server.

Total app developed by SC: 20++

Yes, all apps generated by SC will call back to their server for life. Meaning that once you've subscribed, you must subscribe to their plan for life, you can't stop (else all your apps will stop working).

In my opinion, it's fine if they stop my new apps (can't create or edit any apps), BUT they even stop existing apps that already published on GooglePlay 2 years ago...

Note: Everytime users open your app, it will call back to their server to check your subscription.

Comments on App functions + templates (not the main reasons I dislike SC as I seldom use templates)...

Outdated app functions - I've tested almost 50-60% of the built-in functions, almost half of the drag n drop function not working well.

Outdated app templates - I tested 40-50% of the templates, almost 50% of them are very low quality. It may be working perfectly on some smartphones, but not working perfect (ie: out of alignment) on some mobile devices. So in order not to waste my valuable times, I've decided to create everything from scratch (not using templates), so basically, I only used SC to create APK file.

Good about SC

The only good about SC is user-friendly, not many things to learn as everything already preset for you. At the same time, this advantage also will LOCK you for LIFE!

How they will LOCK you for LIFE?

SC app builder will auto create keystore file (signing) and integrated into your app, so you can't update your app on GooglePlay using other app builder, you must subscribe SC for life!!!

Note: Original keystore file is required to update your app on GooglePlay

Disclaimer: Again, this is my real experience, I'm not anti-SC, I used them for more than 2 years, I just share my personal opinion, so others aware about this issue before subscribe.

If you plan to subscribe for the lifetime and looking to build simple apps, please go ahead and subscribe!!!

So people who were earlier using resellers like Tashlik or gaire, what are they doing now with apps?
Have they stopped creating apps or using some other platforms?

What would be the best mobile app builder nowdays, can anyone suggest something - was looking to create a psychology(health) centered app for my wife with tasks/goals/payment to unlock more tasks-training-homework.
