This seller and the site through which he sells (greatsteals.com) has no refund policy. I would suggest you do not buy from GreatSteals. Also, Gairegroup is hardly the best group to do business with. Many like me took this thread on face value since it was started by a fellow member. However, due diligence is a must, but more so for this due greatsteals.com/Gairegroup before locking your money with them.

TBH, I hadn't even heard of greatsteals or gairegroup before I purchased this, and I have also purchased the app flipping course from greatsteals too. I have seen that some people have had bad experiences with them though, so if for some reason this app builder doesn't work out, or the site suddenly disappears overnight, then it's not a huge loss for the price that was paid. But if it really is the fully paid off SC account that they are using, then there is no reason for it to just disappear. Still, I hope those templates will be added as promised, but there's already enough there already to play around with.
