I am not happy with the service..support is too slow..have to wait for days to get going..the speed id d*** slow...i see the websites moving in very slow motion...i can actually see the pixels...this is my experience by theway..i am going to ask for a the refund sorry guys...

Not sure why you had an issue, I just had a support ticket answered in 12 minutes....and my speeds are in the pic below:

There must be something wrong, we usually solve the tickets very fast. I hope the problem is solved by now.

I am disappointed with VPS Rectangle that I took last month and forgot to cancel Paypal recurring payment, Yesterday they charged me monthly recurring membership fee so I told them to cancel service and refund money.

When I asked for a refund, this was the response that I got,

"Regarding refund you have to read our terms, you can request a refund only in first 7 days also if you don't use promotional code."

I told them remote connections are very slow, and Firefox browser sucks on VPS when browsing

Here is their response about Performance

"About performance issue:
1. You don't provide any proof
2. You just say our speed is 100Mbps and VPS very, very slow. ( this is nothing for us )
3. If you want to cancel just cancel it if you need this service, then please set up a team viewer session and let's run some tests."

I am sure that they don't provide any refunds so help yourself before buying Snail.
