Never, your account cant be blocked because it complies with facebook rules. if you want to post "SET DELAY" to

1- 100 groups/pages SET DELAY: 10 SECONDS

100- 400 groups/pages SET DELAY: 15 SECONDS

400- 500 groups/pages SET DELAY: 20 SECONDS

500- 5000 groups/pages SET DELAY: 30 SECONDS or 40 seconds
