I have something like it but is a WP plugin for my site, and I autopost on my site to my social media profiles about 14 of them now...
So good to see i am on the right track of course. The main thing is that you have to automate all your post because you will be spending most of your time getting users on those social sites so you dont have time to do alot of post...

Going to be hard to get as its a login and not a software.

I remember also a WP plugin that scrapes FB pages and then you can repost it with modification, but i cant remember the name of the plugin. Somebody does?
