I have something like it but is a WP plugin for my site, and I autopost on my site to my social media profiles about 14 of them now...
So good to see i am on the right track of course. The main thing is that you have to automate all your post because you will be spending most of your time getting users on those social sites so you dont have time to do alot of post...

Bought this today. really awesome web tool. they only allow one fb account and one fb page can be connected with 8 different other social accounts like twitter, pinterest, etc.
Just configured my first page which has 691 likes and set it to post 5 posts per day on autopilot. Lets see how it goes and grows :)
