**** A word of caution
I purchased this and after working with if for 9 days, I decided to return it.
You can only upload the theme from the installation plugin.
But the big problem is when you decide to uninstall the theme. I uploaded the 2014 theme and activated it. Then, I deleted the LTJ theme and then deleted the installation plugin. It crashed my site. Could not view the site or the admin login. I went to my cPanel and uninstalled all of the plugins, but the site was still busted.
I was doing this to save my posts, 10 in all, and my legal notice pages. No luck. I had to delete the whole WordPress installation and start over. I have used a lot of themes since I started working with WordPress in 2008 and this is the first time I have ever had the removal of a theme crash the whole site.
Plus to add insult to injury, although there is a 30day MBG with NO questions asked, I was asked a few questions. Even after answering these questions, he sent another email asking me to verify that I still wanted to refund my purchase.
i would avoid this.

Thats because when you install LTJ it overwrites all your previous content.
You need to backup any posts and pages you want to keep and then import them once your site is set up. It works best (easier) on a new install.
Change the theme back to either the default theme or one you have been using before you remove LTJ.
I have the paid version and I think that its well worth the money!

Im not really sure that this product is all that good, (I bought the paid version and tested out the nulled, (which still needs a bypass for the email license code unless someone here has that as well) over all, its poorly organized, the base theme is a copy of 2013 theme.
I was able to install and test out one theme, but it appears that in order to access any other themes, you have to purchase the monthly membership $47
Its basically just multiple versions of the same theme with different images, is it worth $47 a month, not the way it is now.
(there is a convoluted method of installing the (installer plugin) I looked at the code but to be honest, its not really going to work well for clients, but if your a developer and they fix the bugs it could be a time saver, over all, I suspect that there are some issues that may be a blocker managing images, tweaking the CSS, managing the editing features, complex, menu system that is just plain incompetent in nature but hey when you mush a bunch of other products into a larger product that is what you get, MUSH

Local Theme Jack has been updated so that it is drag and drop design. I will be trying this this weekend.
The Lead Finder Jack is fairly good for finding niches and putting all potential leads in one place.
Then you use one of the emails with a link on your website where the potential customers name address are displayed in the theme to give them an idea what they could look like. This is a very valuable feature and I think worth the cost.
Jack usually has reduced prices $9 for first month that includes Local Theme Jack and Local Lead Jack.
Price goes up to $47 or $57 per month. You get 10 new customer installs per month.
He will probably make a Special Offer for Christmas or New Years.
The training is very detailed and voluminous. Jack has a very difficult to understand accent but i have seen many others that are worse. Plus he has partnered with Tami and she is a good speaker.
I think i am going to keep it.
Jack claims if you discontinue service your sites will still be accessible BUT cannot use LTJ to change any customer sites.
I will post links if he does.
