Does anyone have the autoresponder 4x email he mentions along with the whitepaper that he uses to upsell the client on?
On the "make money video" he mentions that he will give you the video showing the sales funnel to sell them on. PDF giveaway and four part email sequence to drive visitors to take whatever action. Call for an appointment, booking etc.

If it is missing or if you know of something similar that you would recommend, I am all ears.
