I have the same problem with you. And this is my solution: Extract the exe file in #28 -> copy the .swf file into vTargeter's 'Contents\Resources' folder.
Hope that will work for you too

P/S: Dont need to change hosts file, just type anything

Mac Tutorial for software:

1) Install with the .Air file (but don't launch the app).

2) Extract the EXE file (which is the crack that is included). I used a free piece of software called "The Unarchiver" which makes it so I can right click on the EXE and choose to open it with "The Unarchiver" and extract it wherever.

3) Open the extracted folder and copy "Tube_Xray.swf" into the Contents/Resources folder of the app (to see this you need to navigate to your applications folder, find the vTargeter icon, right-click and then select "Show Package Contents"

4) Launch the app as normal and use any email / key combination.

I literally just tested this twice at 9PM on November 10, 2016.

If it works for you, throw some reps my way because I need them :)
