Apparently there is an issue with the activate.bat file, you need to run it as admin or manually edit your host file !
You only need to run activate.bat once (and need admin privilege so right click on it run as admin).

Yep the batch file simply replace your host file so you don't have to do it manually your hosts file (it's here btw : C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc) should have this in it :

I reran the vTarget.exe as Admin and,

Lo and Behold,

It worked like a charm!

No need to Run it as Admin again!

That's weird, what is your OS? Do you have wampserver running ? What happens when you launch vtarget.exe, is the command prompt exiting? Can you open a command prompt and check if "ping http://www.vtargeter.com" is retuning localhost? Check if the crack isn't blocked by your Antivirus also.
And for that other guy yes you need Adobe air.

Yep thanks I was just checking, sometimes the AV reverse any hosts changes, what happen when you launch vtarget.exe is the command prompt exiting ?

win7. i didnt but now i have xxamp running and now i'm getting this when i run the command prompt. before i ran xxamp, i was getting "dont forget to run the .bat file", then it runs the program. do i need to run any php script?

yes it exits then opens the program.

It does emulate a webserver so if you have anything running on :80 it'll probably clash with the crack, I just tested and since there is only a check on login you don't need to use vtarget.exe all the time, you can use it once and then you can run the legit vtargeter.exe with no problem.
It's just weird that it's not working if you don't have wamp or anything running.
